Who am I?
I'm Tim, an architectural assistant project manager
I have been working as an assistant project manager for the last 7 years. My responsibilities have ranged from design to construction administration. I have had regular contact with our clients, consultants, and the construction managers. I look forward to doing so with my next employer and growing my skills and responsibilities. I strive to work with the client, my team, consultants, and construction team to bring the client's vision to fruition. A good relationship and open communication are essential in realizing a project that is on time and within budget.

There are a few things that I am looking forward to achieving. I want to become registered architect and continue moving forward in my career and to more fully dive into sustainable design.

I've worked with steel & concrete construction for new buildings & new corporate interior fit-outs in existing buildings.

In the last 4 years, I have had a lot experience bringing clubhouse and other amenities from building design through construction.
Multifamily
Apartments & Condominiums, some as multi-use buildings, have been a focus the past seventeen years.
Graduate School
Sustainable design studios were integrated with studies in building systems, energy modeling, and were used as real proposals.
