A Great Location
Located in Galloway, New Jersey, this small community is less than a thirty minute drive to the Atlantic City Airport, Stockton University, Atlantic City and Brigantine offering plenty of opportunities for a variety of activities.
The first building was to serve as prototype for all the condominium buildings in the development. Each building containing twenty-four units, six garages, and a total area of 37,700 SF, and a 3,200 SF clubhouse. I modeled the apartment building in Revit and was responsible for design development, life safety, and building code review.
