An Art Community
Committee members developed sustainable guiding principles and goals prior to the start of the project, and we developed the schemes accordingly. The project was to contain usable exterior spaces and a program that involved a Multipurpose Space, IT and classes for learning computer programming, Gallery, Art Studios, Retail, and Residential units. My partner and I developed one of the three schemes (out of seven) chosen by the Mill Creek Association for further evaluation at the end of the project.
