The Bainbridge clubhouse serves six buildings and 352 units. The clubhouse is 11,280 SF . There are a Fitness center, Yoga room, a Gaming room, Co-work Lounge, Co-work Cafe, Co-work offices and Conference rooms. Across the breezeway is Leasing, a large Kitchenette for office workers, Mail room, Package room and Pool Equipment room.
